  • When you could not check out, please confirm the following possible factors:

    1. Recheck your account details to see whether the balance in it is not enough to pay your order.
    2. Ensure that your password is entered right.
    3. Please try to login in with different computers or different browsers if necessary
    4. Please wait a little moment and try again, as it might be caused by Nbeads system maintenance.

    Please kindly note: if all above do not work, please contact us for help via email and remember to send us a screenshot of the error page.
